for Js Professional Painters Inc.
Welcome to Js Professional Painters Inc. By scheduling our residential or commercial painting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. These terms outline our policies regarding appointments, estimates, payments, cancellations, and general service expectations to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking and Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your painting appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the scope, size, and complexity of the project and will be applied toward the final cost of the service.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the scheduled work. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Zelle).
Pricing: Project costs are based on factors such as surface area, prep work required, materials, and specific services (e.g., interior, exterior, specialty finishes). All quotes provided prior to the appointment are estimates and may be adjusted to reflect on-site conditions or additional work requested.
Changes and Cancellations
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule your painting service (including changes to date, time, or project scope) must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit will be applied to the new appointment if changes are made within the allowed time frame.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment or client no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for any future bookings.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients are required to provide accurate and detailed information about the painting services needed, including the size of the area, surfaces to be painted, color choices, and any special requests or concerns prior to the appointment.
Access to Property: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure Js Professional Painters Inc. has clear access to the property at the scheduled date and time. Any barriers, such as locked doors, gates, or obstructed work areas, must be resolved beforehand.
Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any safety hazards on the property that could pose a risk during service (e.g., loose fixtures, unsafe surfaces, presence of pets). Failure to communicate such risks releases Js Professional Painters Inc. from liability for any resulting issues.
Aftercare: Clients are responsible for maintaining painted surfaces as instructed. Aftercare guidance will be provided upon service completion. Damage caused by improper aftercare, touching wet paint, or environmental exposure is not the responsibility of Js Professional Painters Inc.
Equipment and Service Delivery
Professional Tools & Equipment: Js Professional Painters Inc. uses high-quality, professional-grade tools and materials, including commercial paint sprayers, rollers, brushes, and industry-approved coatings to deliver consistent, long-lasting results. All equipment is regularly maintained to ensure safe and efficient operation on every job site.
Service Quality: We are committed to delivering top-quality painting services with attention to detail and professional workmanship. While we strive for perfection, factors such as surface conditions, humidity, and post-service care may impact the longevity and appearance of the final results. Clients are expected to follow any aftercare guidelines provided to help preserve the finish.
Liability
Limitation of Liability: Js Professional Painters Inc. takes all necessary precautions to deliver professional, high-quality painting services. However, we are not liable for issues resulting from pre-existing surface conditions, environmental exposure, or the client’s failure to follow aftercare instructions. Paint finish and durability may vary due to factors such as humidity, surface preparation, or structural movement.
Service Expectations: While we strive for excellence and satisfaction, painting results can be affected by material composition, building age, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond the standard professional application of products, especially if proper surface maintenance is not continued by the client.
Third-Party Liability: Js Professional Painters Inc. is not responsible for any damages or service impacts caused by prior or subsequent work performed by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, surface treatments, construction alterations, or cleaning methods applied by other providers.
Indemnification: By hiring our services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Js Professional Painters Inc., its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from service performance, recommendations, or property conditions beyond our control.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: Js Professional Painters Inc. shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, extreme weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, equipment malfunctions, labor disruptions, government regulations, or public health emergencies that may interfere with scheduled painting services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois.
By utilizing the services of Js Professional Painters Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
